Acupuncture

Passionate about traditional and holistic medicine, sport, nature, the universe and people, I seek to know each individual by considering the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and energetic aspects — what makes us whole beings on this wonderful planet. I hold a degree in physiotherapy and special motor skills, which was the start of my career as a therapist. After completing studies in this branch of modern science something felt incomplete about the whole human being; I kept asking where the other aspects of our being are. Not long after, I had the opportunity to go to China to study and learn the secrets of traditional Chinese medicine and absorb the wisdom of Buddhist and Taoist teachings. It didn’t take more than the first two hours of study for me to fall in love with this mysterious and majestic science. Focusing on the nature, location and root causes of your ailments, I will help you come closer to yourself — physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually — so you can reach awareness and healing through your own resources. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you on your journey!

Relaxation massage is one of the simplest, most pleasant and gentle forms of bodywork. It is characterized by slow, superficial yet firm strokes and is recommended for anyone who has gone through a difficult period.

Relaxation massage helps release endorphins and serotonin, producing a strong psychological effect. Beyond mental relief, the osteo‑muscular and joint systems benefit from unlocking, relaxation, release and improved alignment.

Therapeutic massage is a form of bodywork where the client requires a diagnostic; therefore, the first meeting includes an intake to identify the imbalance. It is characterized by vigorous, deep maneuvers combined with warming and relaxing techniques to reach deeper tissues.

Its purpose is to eliminate and decongest pain trigger points, release muscle contractures, restore body alignment, adjust joints and address circulatory problems. Benefits include analgesic effect, metabolic stimulation and a feeling of lightness and ease.

This type of massage targets the muscle tissue and fascia, aiming to relieve tension and restore mobility to the whole body. Muscle contractures restrict the supply of nutrients and oxygen, causing inflammation and allowing toxins to accumulate in the tissues.

It is distinguished by slow, deep maneuvers that also work on energetic points using the fingers, knuckles, elbow, and forearm.

Fascia is said to have its own memory and stores each of our experiences—whether physical, energetic, emotional, or spiritual. Using specific techniques we can release these trapped experiences.

  • Reflexology

    90min

    Massage: Feet

    Reserve

Reflexology is a traditional practice that manipulates or presses reflex points on the feet and hands to produce effects in corresponding internal organs and systems.

The feet and hands are primary contact points with the environment and correspond to the body's main energy meridians. Reflexology stimulates the nervous, hormonal and circulatory systems.

Clients often experience benefits during the session such as emotional release, reduction of the original discomfort, changes in breathing, increased urination and temperature shifts.

Ayurvedic massage helps you align with your natural constitution. "Ayu" means life and "Veda" means knowledge—together, knowledge of life.

This treatment supports self-awareness and addresses daily imbalances. It uses slow, deep movements along meridians and points to create energetic drainage. Oils are chosen for each dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and techniques are selected based on individual needs.

Thai massage is one of the oldest forms of bodywork, historically practiced by Buddhist monks in Southeast Asian monasteries.

Traditionally performed on the floor on a mat, this technique uses fluid, continuous maneuvers.

It benefits a wide range of people — especially sedentary individuals, those with low muscle tone, and athletes.

Therapy benefits include energetic balancing and unblocking, nervous system refreshment, restored muscle elasticity and plasticity, improved tissue oxygenation and metabolic support.

Herbal compresses have been used in Thailand for thousands of years, when plants and natural resources were carefully studied and used therapeutically.

The compresses provide deep relaxation, relief from stress and chronic fatigue, emotional and mental balancing, and improved blood, energetic and lymphatic circulation, stimulating internal organ function.

Warm compresses are ideal for addressing chronic pain, releasing muscle tension, and easing migraines, stress and anxiety.

  • Myofascial Release

Fascia is one of the body's most important tissues, and most forms of bodywork manipulate the fascia. It is loaded with vital information — an unseen structure that holds the body together from the surface to the deepest layers.

Fascia contains many sensory receptors that transmit information to the central nervous system. During massage, touch triggers nervous system responses that support release and reorganization, enabling the body to resolve blockages, pathogens, trapped emotions and trauma.

When large fascial segments are affected, symptoms can include persistent headaches, muscle and joint pain, breathing difficulties, spasms, poor posture and loss of muscle elasticity. Sedentary people often benefit from myofascial release. Dehydrated tissues lose fluidity, so fascial stretching can restore range and flow. The nervous system benefits from unblocking, improving nerve impulse efficiency. Myofascial work can also help children during growth spurts by addressing tissue tension.

Tui Na massage is one of the most widely used practices in Chinese alternative medicine and is now practiced around the world. It is based on the concept of Qi flowing through living beings — the vital force responsible for health. When Qi balance is disrupted, various imbalances arise.

This form of massage incorporates acupressure, traditional Chinese massage and other body-energy manipulation techniques performed along meridians and acupuncture points.

Tui Na helps invigorate Qi and blood circulation, eliminate pathogens, regulate Qi and blood, harmonize Yin and Yang, nourish and tone Qi and blood, improve organ function, relax the musculoskeletal system, calm the spirit and support psycho-emotional balance.

  • Moxibustion

    90 lei

    15min

    Therapy: Meridians

    Reserve

Moxibustion treats and prevents disease by applying heat to acupuncture points or specific areas of the body. The primary material used is mugwort, commonly formed into moxa cones or sticks.

It can open and clear meridians when obstructions occur, regulate Qi and blood, expel cold and dampness, warm the uterus, stop bleeding, warm the spleen and stomach to remove blockages, regulate menstruation and ease childbirth.

Artemisia (mugwort) activates Yang Qi through its warming nature. Its pungent aroma can travel through meridians to regulate Qi and blood and expel cold; its bitter quality addresses dampness. Wool moxa produces gentle heat that penetrates deeply into muscles. Proper moxa materials and preparations (cones, sticks, water pot, fire and tray) are required.

  • Cupping

    90 lei

    15min

    Cupping: Whole body

    Reserve

If you've ever struggled with pathogens that cause colds, joint pain or persistent ailments, or felt overwhelmed by emotions and unexplained internal heat, cupping can help treat and prevent many of these conditions.

When pathogens are not removed in time they can penetrate deeper and affect organs like the stomach, spleen and kidneys — our energy sources — making symptoms worse and requiring longer, costlier treatment.

How can small 'cups' help? The vacuum created by cupping draws blockages from the capillaries and relaxes the fascia, improving blood, lymph and energy flow and stimulating regeneration that strengthens the body.

  • QiNeiZang

    390 lei

    120min

    Massage: Internal organs

    Reserve

QiNeiZang is an ancient therapy discovered by Taoist monks during deep meditation, guided by high spiritual insights and anatomical knowledge of energy-manipulation techniques.

It builds or rebuilds the body's defensive systems across physical, emotional and energetic layers. The therapy opens channels so the recipient can perceive subtle sensory and extrasensory messages and make the adjustments needed for healing.

QiNeiZang helps center and connect the areas targeted for treatment. When communication with these areas is restored, healing impulses reach them and initiate reorganization across physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual levels.

The lower abdomen (hara or dantian) is a central structural and metabolic area — the origin of breath and movement. In utero the fetus is nourished through the umbilical cord; after birth the navel remains the body's original center connected to internal organs. When organs cannot process toxins, waste may be stored around the navel to be eliminated later.

Alongside toxins, emotional blockages accumulate in the same area and then affect internal organs and systemic functioning. QiNeiZang supports emotional processing — the body's way of 'digesting' emotions — helping release stored burdens that otherwise hinder development and maturity.

The therapy can include a 10–15 minute head massage (depending on the therapist) to relax the whole body, since the abdominal work can be deep and intense.

Benefits cover a wide spectrum: detoxification, emotional balance, increased self-awareness, improved breathing, strengthened immunity, reduced chronic pain and issues related to pelvic misalignment, release of physical/emotional/energetic stagnations, structural reconstruction and fortification, enhanced elimination and stimulated lymphatic and circulatory systems, improved organ function, postural correction and revitalization.

  • Auriculotherapy

    120 lei

    20min

    Massage: Ear

    Reserve

The session begins with a massage to awaken the ear's energetic centers. Alongside massage, small adhesive seeds (vaccaria) are placed on specific ear points corresponding to acupuncture points to stimulate the body and regulate Qi. This can alleviate anxiety, pain, insomnia and stress, and can assist with habits such as smoking and sugar cravings by reducing excessive appetite. For greater effectiveness, auriculotherapy is often combined with other therapies under the therapist's guidance.

  • GuaSha

    340 lei

    90min

    GuaSha: Whole body

    Reserve

Gua Sha is a therapy similar to cupping that releases external pathogens and clears blood or lymph stagnation in the subcutaneous fascia, while relaxing fascia throughout the body, including internal organs. Smooth-edged tools are used to scrape the skin repeatedly until redness appears, bringing stagnating elements to the surface so the body can metabolize and remove waste more effectively, promoting tissue renewal.

In the last century this therapy has been widely used for both diagnosis and treatment. Gua Sha is versatile and adapts to the patient's needs; it is especially effective when combined with Tui Na.

It is used therapeutically and prophylactically for many conditions: acute and chronic pain, fever, colds, low immunity, bronchitis and asthma, headaches and migraines, hypertension. It strengthens the immune system, improves circulation and helps prevent stagnation.

  • Heavenly Healing Ritual

    590 lei

    180min

    Therapy: Whole body

    Reserve

This ritual aims to combine and harmonize techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The therapy begins with a short sound healing session and the placement of Tibetan bowls on each chakra. Cupping follows to help release blockages of any nature (physical, energetic, emotional or spiritual) and to deeply stimulate organ systems. Tui Na Chinese massage and reflexology are applied intermittently with Gua Sha. Acupuncture is central to the ritual and is used based on the client's needs; after diagnosis the therapist decides whether to place acupuncture at the start (together with cupping) or at the end of the session.

  • Extinguish the fire

    510 lei

    135min

    Therapy: Whole body

    Reserve

Diagnosis is central to this therapy because we must determine where and if there is heat (fire) in the body. Cupping often initiates the treatment, allowing us to detect the intensity and amount of pathogens so the therapist can select points targeted to the current imbalance. Cool Herbal Thai Compresses made from plants and oils that calm excess heat, reduce inflammation and tonify the water element are used in this ritual.

  • Cold’s foe

    590 lei

    165min

    Therapy: Whole body

    Reserve

This ritual will provide the warmth your body and soul need. The therapist chooses between moxibustion or cupping depending on whether excess cold or Yang deficiency is present — cupping is used first for excess cold, while Yang deficiency benefits more from moxibustion. Hot Herbal Thai Compresses with warming plants and oils help eliminate pathogens and release the exterior, producing relief from the first session. After this treatment, acupressure or acupuncture will help tonify organs affected by the cold pathogen, strengthening and preparing the immune system.

  • Pacify the interior wind and calm the spirit

    590 lei

    165min

    Therapy: Whole body

This therapy is intended for people with mental or mood disturbances: depression, anxiety, bipolar episodes, mania and delirium. These conditions can vary in intensity and may present as energy fluctuations or mood changes. The environment is created with aromas that soothe anxiety and invite calm; the inviting sounds of the Tibetan bowl remind you that we are part of a whole and you are not alone on the path to healing. Tui Na Chinese massage, acupuncture and cupping will help you become aware of affected areas so your body and spirit can reach balance.

We invite you to discover Asia, the land of holistic knowledge, through this ritual combining Chinese, Indian and Tibetan techniques — time-honored healing methods that bring body and soul into awareness and balance. As the Chinese saying goes: "If qi and essence are abundant, the mind will flourish."

The ritual begins with a short sound healing session and the placement of Tibetan bowls on each chakra. Dosha-specific oil synergies are used to provide deep relaxation for body and spirit and mark the start of your journey.

First stop: China. You will receive a 70-minute QiNeiZang abdominal massage — a practice that moves and activates internal organs to remove blockages, improve digestion and clear emotional-spiritual stagnations. Special Udara oil is used for abdominal massage together with sage essential oil, a tonic for liver and kidneys that helps eliminate toxins, and carrot seed oil rich in beta-carotene to support the immune system. This massage includes sound therapy: the client and therapist vocalize six healing sounds that help balance Yin and Yang along with QiNeiZang work.

Next stop: India–Tibet. Relax for 75 minutes with Tibetan reflexology, Tibetan bowl therapy, oils and chakra-specific crystals. The session begins with the resonant sounds of the Tibetan bowl, followed by chakra-focused oil and crystal work, Tibetan reflexology to activate chakras, reflexogenic zone massage and pressure on marma points using a combination of ginger, rosemary and lavender essential oils to reduce inflammation, energize, calm the spirit and strengthen immunity.

In the final half-hour you will be pampered with a gentle face, scalp and décolletage massage using Gua Sha with a jade stone to release facial muscle tension and create a rejuvenating effect. The scent of Ylang Ylang will leave you floating above Asia even after the journey ends.

We guarantee an unforgettable oriental, Asian and holistic experience!
