Gentle movement. Deep support. Connection with yourself and the life that is taking shape.

This form of movement is designed to support women throughout pregnancy and in the postpartum period, in a gentle, attentive, and deeply supportive way. The exercises help prevent lower back pain, improve joint mobility, balance breathing, and support the pelvic floor.

The practice integrates elements from Pilates, Yoga, physiotherapy, and functional training, adapted to each trimester or postpartum stage. The movements are designed to bring physical ease and emotional support — both for the mother and the child.

Gentle, deep, and rhythmic healing – where body, soul, and spirit meet.

Rhythmical massage is a form of body therapy inspired by Anthroposophic medicine, working with the body’s natural rhythms to stimulate regeneration, inner balance, and the release of deep tension. It is practiced through soft, circular touch, supporting breathing, circulation, and the lymphatic system, without invasive pressure.

The therapy is recommended for states of exhaustion, anxiety, chronic pain, pregnancy, insomnia, depression, hormonal imbalances, or after physical and emotional trauma. The approach is holistic and deeply human, placing emphasis on respect for each person’s inner rhythm.

🕒 Duration: 45 minutes, followed by rest in silence

    🔁 Recommended frequency: 1 session/week or every 2 weeks

The Pilates method is a complete system of exercises that develops deep strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It is a form of conscious movement where breath, posture, and control come together as one. The focus is on activating the core — the so-called powerhouse — which supports the entire body structure and helps us move with ease and grace in everyday life.

Pilates restores the body’s natural rhythm through fluid, precise, and interconnected movements. Each exercise becomes a form of moving meditation, cultivating not only muscle tone but also mental presence and inner balance.

It is a method suitable for everyone — women and men, young or elderly, beginners or professional athletes — as well as those in recovery or rehabilitation periods. The practice is adapted to each person’s specific needs, making it a valuable tool for prevention, maintenance, and physical recovery.

    🌀 Main benefits:

    • strengthening deep muscles

    • supporting posture and body alignment

    • increased mobility and flexibility

    • improved control and body balance

    • conscious breathing

    • reduced tension and risk of injury
