My passion for bodywork and understanding the nervous system took shape in London, where I graduated from the ITEC massage school. It was there that I built my solid foundation in massage therapies and came to understand that touch is at its most powerful when guided by absolute presence.
Driven by a desire to offer comprehensive support, I continued my training through various other specialized courses. These focus both on the physical structure (fascia work, deep tension release) and the subtle dynamics of the nervous system (neuro-somatic techniques for releasing stress and trauma stored in the body). In my practice, I integrate a trauma-informed approach, providing a space of complete safety where the body is never forced, but listened to.
Since 2020, I have had the privilege of working closely with thousands of people through individual (1:1) sessions. My experience covers a vast range of cases: from structural issues and acute physical blocks to the release of long-held somatic and energetic blocks accumulated from extended periods of overload.
