I am Alina Grecu, a yoga and pilates instructor with a holistic approach focused on body-mind-soul balance. I completed a 500h Yoga Alliance training in Hatha and Vinyasa, as well as a 100h specialization in Yin Yoga. Additionally, I am a certified Pilates Reformer instructor, conducting sessions that combine postural alignment with inner strength and movement fluidity.
I teach yoga classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin), meditation, and Pilates Reformer in a gentle yet energizing style, supporting both tension release and deep reconnection with one’s own body.
I am training as a psychologist and passionate about how conscious movement can support nervous system regulation and emotional healing processes. For me, yoga and pilates are not just physical practices but therapeutic tools that cultivate presence, clarity, and vitality.
Facilitating classes is, for me, a form of active presence and authentic support – I create a safe space where each person is encouraged to listen to their inner rhythm and become friends with their own body.

Gentle Therapy: Craniosacral Touches
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive method that supports the nervous system and enhances the body's natural ability to self-regulate and heal. Through subtle and profound touches applied to key areas of the body (head, spine, pelvis), accumulated tensions in the tissues, fascia, and craniosacral system are released.
This therapy is recommended for stress, chronic fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, or emotional imbalances. During the session, the body enters a state of deep relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and facilitating the restoration of inner balance.
The session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to each client's rhythm, in a safe, calm, and supportive space.

Private postural pilates sessions are dedicated to those who want to improve body alignment, correct postural imbalances, and strengthen deep muscles.
Through precise and controlled exercises focused on breathing, stability, and coordination, we work to restore the balance between mobility and support. The session is personalized according to the needs and particularities of each body – suitable both preventively and for recovery or as support for an active and healthy lifestyle.
